This awe-inspiring resort is located amidst the stunning Alpine landscapes of the Engadine region, serving as a gateway to the expansive Corvatsch-Furtschellas ski area, which offers a phenomenal 120km of diverse, skiable terrain.

The resort, developed in the 1960s, offers an array of accommodation options, from cosy chalets and apartments to luxury hotels, many of which provide ski-in-ski-out style convenience. Corvatsch typically has reliable snow record with its ski season running from November to May.

Skiing in Corvatsch

Corvatsch offers a fantastic skiing experience for skiers of all abilities. It provides access to a total of 120km of pistes via 23 lifts that connect Corvatsch with the neighbouring Furtschellas area. The area boasts plenty of blue and red runs for beginners and intermediates, with the blue run from Giand’Alva to Sils being an excellent choice for those getting to grips with skiing.

The resort is a paradise for intermediate skiers, with a vast array of red runs to explore. We recommend the Hahnensee run, which offers a thrilling 8km descent from Corvatsch middle station to St. Moritz.

For the advanced skiers, Corvatsch offers some challenging black runs and off-piste skiing opportunities. The renowned 9km black run from Corvatsch top station to the middle station is a must-try for thrill-seekers. Additionally, the resort also features snow parks and freeride areas for those seeking a freestyle skiing or snowboarding experience.

How to Get to Corvatsch

The most convenient way to get to Corvatsch from the UK is to fly into one of the three closest airports. These are Lugano Airport (2h50m), Zurich Airport (3h), and Milan Malpensa Airport (3h20m). Regular train services and shuttle transfers from these airports make the journey to Corvatsch smooth and hassle-free.
