This winter we are introducing you to our new payment system which is officially up and running again, so here is everything you need to know on what this entails and what you need to do. We also wanted to share with you how you can download your booking invoices, so keep reading to find out how and where to access this to effectively manage your business this winter!

How do instructors get paid?




Payments for completed lessons with your customers are transferred directly to the bank account details that you provide in your Maison Sport account. Maison Sport will issue a single weekly payment run on a Monday, and this payment will include all lessons that have been completed by the Saturday of the previous week. Any lessons completed on a Sunday will be processed with the payment run the following Monday. 




All you have to do is insert your bank details in your account on the “Settings” page and then click on the tab “Payment Details”. 

How to download your booking invoices




Accessing and downloading your invoices couldn’t be easier, simply log into your Maison Sport account and in the toolbar, visit your “Bookings” page. Here you can view all your bookings and on the bottom, the left-hand side you will find your invoices, enter the dates and then click on “Download invoice”. This will take you to your invoices which you can download, print or save to your computer or smartphone.




As an independent instructor, please note that you are responsible for organising and claiming your taxes at the end of the tax year using the invoices we provide which will total the amount you earned on Maison Sport.
