At Maison Sport, we don’t want you to have to wait to receive bookings before you can secure reviews. This is why we have a fantastic feature called ‘Invite Reviews’ which allows you to invite up to three people to leave you a review on your Maison Sport profile.
We want our customers to read reviews of how great of an instructor you are as soon as you sign up to have the same advantages as other instructors on the site and receive more bookings straight away.
How to invite reviews to your Maison Sport account
Simply log into your account, and hover your mouse over your name where you will see a dropdown box. Click on the page named ‘Invite Reviews’.
Once you are on this page as shown in the image below, all you will need is your contact’s first and last name followed by their email address. Once you have filled this out click on ‘Send Message’.
A link will be sent via email to your contact to leave you a review. They will be required to fill out a super quick and simple sign up unless they are already registered with Maison Sport, they can login to their account. They will then be directed to a page where they can leave you a review and rate their experience with you.
Once your contact has left a review, it will appear in the ‘Invite reviews’ page of your account as shown below to let you know once your contact has left you a review.
If one of your invitees is unable to leave you a review for any reason, don’t worry as you can send out more invitations. However, only the first 3 will be posted to your profile.
How reviews increase your chances of securing you more bookings
We all know that reviews are very valuable when it comes to booking an experience, a service or pretty much anything online, but they are particularly beneficial when customers browse the platform to choose their instructors. Afterall, customers want to be reassured that you are the right instructor for their ski lesson experience.
Did you know that 93% of consumers read online reviews before buying and also state that online reviews influence their purchase decisions? This is why in most cases, good reviews on your profiles are the deciding factor for customers when choosing which instructor they would book for their lessons.
We have seen first hand that our instructors who have a number of reviews on their profiles are more likely to be some of the first to be booked prior to the season starting. So if you currently do not hold any reviews on your profile because you are yet to complete a booking on Maison Sport, this feature is the one for you.
Likewise, if you are an instructor who has taken bookings with us and has therefore, already received reviews you can still use this feature to bump up the number of reviews. After all, the more reviews you have, the more bookings you can earn!
This feature is simply a great opportunity to make your profile stand out from the crowd and increase your chances of maximising your bookings this season!
