Les Menuires Ski Area

The ski area in Les Menuires consists of three main areas: La Masse, Les Menuires centre and the Belleville Valley. The ski area boasts 160 runs, with 13% green, 39% blue, 38% red and 10% black.

Beginner Skiing in Les Menuires

Les Menuires is a fantastic resort for beginners with an array of gentle slopes and dedicated learning areas. The resort offers some of the best beginner facilities in the Alps with two main beginner areas, Bruyères and La Croisette. Both areas have free lifts and gentle, wide pistes. Once beginners have gained confidence, they can progress to longer green and blue runs such as the Biollay and Pelozet.

Intermediate Skiing in Les Menuires

Les Menuires is a paradise for intermediate skiers, offering a vast selection of blue and red runs that allow skiers to push their boundaries. The La Masse area is particularly well-suited for intermediate skiers, with a majority of red runs and some challenging blues. One of the standout red runs is the Dame Blanche, which offers a thrilling descent with breathtaking views.

Advanced Skiing in Les Menuires

For advanced skiers, Les Menuires offers a variety of challenging pistes and off-piste opportunities. Roc des 3 Marches 2 is a popular black run, known for its steep sections and panoramic views. For mogul enthusiasts, the Lac Noir is a must-try.

Off-piste Skiing in Les Menuires

Les Menuires offers excellent off-piste skiing, particularly in the La Masse area. The Vallon du Lou is a favourite among experienced skiers, providing a thrilling off-piste adventure. The Pointe de la Masse provides access to various off-piste itineraries, including the well-known Lac du Lou tour. Remember to hire an experienced guide for your off-piste adventure and always check the avalanche risk level.

Snowparks in Les Menuires

For those who fancy some freestyling, Les Menuires has two snowparks. The BK Park, located on the Becca slope, is ideal for beginners and intermediate riders, while the more advanced riders can hit the jumps at the Freestyle District.
